These terms apply to the GLVBX app and website, run by HBC Construction Projects Pty Ltd in Australia. By creating an account or using GLVBX you agree to them.
Using GLVBX
You need to be 16 or over (or have a parent or guardian's permission if you're under 18). Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Please don't misuse the service, upload content you don't have the right to share, try to access other people's data, or interfere with how GLVBX works.
Your content
Your records, photos and documents stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can provide GLVBX to you (for example, showing them in the app and building your PDF). You can export or delete them at any time.
Important: GLVBX is a record keeper, not a safety authority
GLVBX helps you keep track of dates, services and records. It doesn't inspect your car or your gear. Reminders, checklists and service countdowns depend on the information you enter and on your phone's notification settings, and can be wrong or late. You're responsible for making sure your car, safety equipment, licences and registrations meet the rules for each event and for the road. Always follow your category's regulations and the scrutineer's decisions.
Entries marked "Owner entered" are recorded by the owner and haven't been checked by anyone else. If you rely on someone else's build sheet when buying a car, inspect the car and its paperwork yourself.
Plans and payments
GLVBX is free for one car. Paid plans, when available, are sold as subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which handle billing. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Prices are shown before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Changes and availability
GLVBX is in early testing and we're improving it all the time, so features may change. We aim to keep it available, but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We'll give reasonable notice of significant changes to these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Subject to those rights, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by relying on reminders, checklists or records in GLVBX, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or resupplying the service).
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
